When can I expect my order to ship?
Projected shipping times are indicated on the product pages for some new items and backordered items. We process orders within 24 hours of being placed Monday - Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm PST. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed on Monday.

Can you cancel my order?
Yes, if you reach out to us before our fulfillment service processes the order. They process all orders during business hours within 0 - 2 hours of the order being placed. Please contact us at email@example.com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an address change if your package has not shipped yet.
I have not received my order, what now?
Please review your shipping address on your order details to ensure all information is correct. For domestic orders with economy service, we can declare a package as lost or missing once it has been 30 days post shipment date.
Please note that it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive due to COVID-19. Please contact us if your tracking number has not been updated after it has been shipped.
Do you have a store?
Currently, we do not have a brick and mortar store.
Is your website secure?
Yes. On any page where you are asked to enter your address, phone number or credit card information, we use a secure server through Shopify that keeps your information safe. Just look for the little lock in your browser window.

We offer free standard shipping on any orders $75 and up in the 48 Continental United States! Automatic at checkout.
Note that the Free Standard Shipping option is NOT available to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and outside of the U.S.A.. For orders outside U.S.A., please choose one of the other shipping options shown during checkout. If you need your order faster, please choose one of the faster shipping options shown during checkout. Orders ship usually within 1-3 business day of order placement.

What are Printables?
A Printable is a digital file sent to your email after purchase either as a PDF or SVG. Download it from your email and you will be able to access it from there. You can print the file from home or send it to your local printer.
What are Templates?
A Template is a digital file sent to your email after purchase. After downloading and printing, you can cut or trace the template onto the material needed for the project.
What is an SVG file?
An SVG file is a vector graphic format. Most craft cutting machines require this format to cut out a design.
What is a PDF file?
A PDF file is a format that has captured all the elements of a printed document as an electronic image so you can view, navigate, or print your design.
When will I receive my digital download after my purchase?
After your purchase you will receive your digital file via email within a few minutes. The digital file may be found in your spam folder if your email does not recognize it. Some digital files will be sent as a Zip file if there are 2 or more files attached. Just open and download as you would other file formats
Are digital products refundable?
Digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Typically, when a refund is requested on the purchase of a physical product, the product is returned and the money refunded. However, when a refund is requested for a digital product, there is no way for the customer to truly return the purchased item. It remains in the customer’s possession indefinitely. Therefore we do not offer refunds. However, we are more than happy to help with any questions you may have.
How do I install a font on a Mac?
- Double click on .ttf file found in your downloads or on desktop
- Click “Install Font”
- Restart any programs you want to use font in
- Use in any program you can type in
We currently only sell one item that is a font/.ttf file, “Monogram Letter, Font Template”
Where do I find tutorials or inspiration for digital patterns, printables and templates?

Are there hyperlinks to products in e-books?
Hyperlinks are links that are embedded in text that directs you between different websites and pages. Some of our e-books may contain affiliate links. This means we get commissions for purchases made through that link; however, this in no way affects your cost as a customer.
What is a download print?
All the artwork on our Print Shop has a purchase option for “download only”. The file will be sent to your email and it can be printed from home or taken to a local printer. See below for some general printing service recommendations.
Where does my digital download go when I purchase, I don’t see it on my computer?
When purchasing a digital download you will be sent a confirmation email and a follow up email to download your file. After you click and download the file, most downloads can be found on your desktop, document folder, or your download folder.
Where can you print your download?
If you do not have a reliable printer, you can take your file to your local printer. Other places that offer printing services are Staples, OfficeMax, FedEx Office, Office Depot
Where can you get digital download artwork printed?

Where do I find a frame for my downloaded artwork?
Michaels, Hobby Lobby or IKEA have some inexpensive quality frame options.
What are workshops?
Here at Lars we provide workshops to help you kick-start your creativity! We provide materials and instruction on how to make some of our popular crafts or projects. Due to COVID-19 we have been doing workshops online with the materials mailed to you and a digital video for instruction along with an e-book.
How to properly dispose of balloons?
Deflate and cut balloons, along with any ribbon, into small pieces, sealing them tightly in a bag before discarding them. You can also reuse the bags the balloons came in.
