Yes! International rates are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), meaning the customer is responsible for taxes and duties. All international shipments are sent via standard shipping routes, but international customers can opt to receive a delivery confirmation for an additional fee. Sometimes the delivery confirmation option can streamline deliveries.

When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When items are fulfilled, you will also receive an email with your tracking information.

Please review your shipping address on your order details to ensure all information is correct. You should have received an email with tracking information once it is shipped – check the status there. For domestic orders shipped with USPS, we can declare a package as lost or missing once it has been 30 days post shipment date.

Shipping is based on weight.

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders $50 and up in the 48 Continental United States! That discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
  • This free shipping offer may be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
  • The qualifying amount is the total purchase amount before any discount is applied.

We ship with USPS and UPS most often, but we occasionally ship with FedEx and DHL.

  • We only accept returns on physical items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly. All downloadable files (patterns, templates & printables) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Email us at shop@thehousethatlarsbuilt.com within 3 days of receiving the package with photos if you received a damaged item and we will determine if a refund, return or replacement is best.
  • Your refund for the damaged item will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the bank to post the refund to your account.

Digital Products

A printable is a digital file sent to your email after purchase as a PDF. You should receive an email with a link to download the pdf file(s). You can print the file from home or send it to your local printer.

  • A template is a digital file sent to your email after purchase as a PDF and/or SVG. Each product listing will identify if it includes a PDF & SVG or just PDF or SVG. You should receive an email with a link to download the file(s). After downloading, you can either print it if it is a PDF, cut it out and trace the template onto the material needed for the project. If it is an SVG file, you can download and import it into the program you use for your craft cutting machine (Cricut, Silhouette, etc.).

An SVG file is a vector graphic format. Most craft cutting machines require this format to cut out a design.

A PDF file is a format that has captured all the elements of a printed document as an electronic image so you can view, navigate, or print your design.

After your purchase you will receive your digital file via email within a few minutes. You will receive a confirmation email for the order and then a subsequent email with the download link(s) included. That email may be found in your junk/spam folder if you don’t see it in your primary inbox.

  • Digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Typically, when a refund is requested on the purchase of a physical product, the product is returned and the money refunded. However, when a refund is requested for a digital product, there is no way for the customer to truly return the purchased item. It remains in the customer’s possession indefinitely. Therefore we do not offer refunds. However, we are more than happy to help with any questions you may have.

  4. Use in any program you can type in

We currently only sell one item that is a font/.ttf file, “Monogram Letter, Font Template”

Most of the artwork on our Print Shop has a purchase option for “download only”. The file will be sent to your email and it can be printed from home or taken to a local printer.

After your purchase you will receive your digital file via email within a few minutes. You will receive a confirmation email for the order and then a subsequent email with the download link(s) included. That email may be found in your junk/spam folder if you don’t see it in your primary inbox. After you download your file(s), they should be in your “Downloads” folder if you are on a computer/laptop. Some digital files will be sent as a zip file if there are 2 or more files included. It should automatically un-zip the file when you open it after downloading. If you are on a phone/tablet/iPad, once you download the file likely will be in your app titled “Files”.

If you do not have a reliable printer, you can take your file to your local printer. If you are local to Utah, Print Mark in Provo is our favorite printer. Other places that offer printing services are Staples, OfficeMax, FedEx, and Office Depot.

Michaels, Hobby Lobby or IKEA have some inexpensive quality frame options.

Currently, we do not have a brick and mortar store.
